Can I bring in my own catering services?
Yes. We offer an open catering policy, giving you the flexibility to choose the caterer that best suits your needs.
Can we choose our own vendors?
Absolutely! We believe in giving you the flexibility to select your own vendors if that works best for you. For your convenience, we have in-house decorators available to assist with all your design needs. Additionally, we have a list of vendors to suit your every need, if needed.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, your event can be broken up in 3 installments.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking; second payment is due midway between the booking & event date & the remaining balance is due 21 days before your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Once you are booked there is no refund of money upon cancellation or rescheduling. If you need to cancel and if your event is more than 60 days away and paid in full, we would be happy to reschedule only once for up to a year.
Is there a shower or private room where I can get ready?
Yes, we provide both a luxurious private suite and a spacious shower for your comfort and convenience that you can “add on” to any package.
Do you allow smoking on the premises?
No we do not allow smoking of any kind inside the building or in common areas outside the venue. Any violation of this policy will result in your event being canceled immediately with no refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests.
Do you allow alcoholic beverages on the premises?
Yes, you may provide alcohol beverages during their event, only if being served by a
licensed and insured mobile bartending service of your choice or one of our preferred vendors. Alcohol to be provided by the host.
No alcohol is allowed to be SOLD on the premises, and we do not allow BYOB.
Any guest or event found with open liquor not served by an approved bartender will result in being cancelled immediately with no refund.
How do I get my own event insurance?
You can apply to obtain your own event insurance (and liquor license if needed). We recommend using Event Helper for event insurance.
